Destination Partnership Coordinator

Job Title: Destination Partnership Coordinator Reports To: President & C.E.O. FLSA Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, In-Person Position Summary The Destination Partnership Coordinator will assist with the essential duties of the marketing and sales efforts put forth by the Convention and Visitors Bureau. The Destination Partnership Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for visitors inquiring about Michigan’s Thumbcoast. -Assist with planning and execution of organizational meetings and events -Maintain a robust inventory of printed material to provide to visitors who request information specific -Work with the Director of Marketing to maintain partner website listings -Work with the Director of Marketing to ensure the website has the correct event information -Maintain a robust and detailed partner contact list -Post & manage engagement for Thumbcoast Hospitality Insider Facebook page -Provide excellent customer service to visitors -Ensure visitor services align with the direction determined by the Strategic Plan -Assist in the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) program through partner & ambassador engagement -Assist in maintaining the CTA platform information and the payment portal -All other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
