The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.*** Enforce safety rules and regulations, at the local, state and federal levels.* Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet transportation, operations, or production goals.* Confer with customers, supervisors, contractors, and other personnel to exchange information and to resolve problems.* Advise workers in transportation or related services, such as moving, storing, and loading or unloading of materials.* Resolve worker problems or collaborate with employees to assist in problem resolution.* Recommend and implement measures to improve worker motivation, equipment performance, work methods, and customer services.* Maintain or verify records of time, materials, expenditures, and crew activities.* Prepare, compile, and submit reports on work activities, operations, production, and work-related accidents.* Plan and establish transportation routes.* Ensures compliance with regulated vehicle Inspections and monitors stock to ensure quality.* Ensure completion of repairs and preventative maintenance of vehicles.* Dispatch personnel and vehicles in response to daily shipment logs* Conduct origin agent assignments at customer residences to prepare for upcoming projects or at the request of other agents.***Other Duties and Responsibilities:** This *document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the individual occupying this position.
