This includes ensuring the Inside Sales teams use company tools, manage customers, build new relationships, boost margins, and overall ensure that our customer service teams drive a world-class customer experience.What You Will Do:Sales & Operations Management: Review Branch Operations Cockpit in Eclipse: including inventory adjustments, hold file, negative on-hand items, pricing overrides and alerts, check for disputed transfers, and any large fluctuations from the previous dayRun and review material with no bin locationsSend requests for segment SPA's to the Pricing Manager to vetFollow up with the pricing team on deal sheets for customersWork with PLM's (Product Line Managers) on minimum stocking quantities & lost sales reportsReview previous UET reports from the Quality departmentCreate UET's (Unquality Event Tracker) when deliveries, receiving problems, or dispatch issues ariseManage Job Queues dailyFill in as a backup Account Representative if someone is outReview fraud prevention reports from the credit department dailySetup L&L trainings with Key Supplier & Lighting manufacturersWork with the Regional Credit Managers & the Director of Credit on receiving outstanding payments from delinquent customersComplete safety training/meetings every month with the Safety ManagerCoordinate with the Operations Specialist to clean up any outstanding issuePeople Management: Manage and Lead the Inside Sales teamEstablish team and individual goals, and hold individuals accountable for meeting expectationsWork with the Inside Sales team to improve margin whenever possibleReview and Approve: branch expenses, expense reimbursements, timecards, and time off requestsPromote a collaborative culture by modeling the 10 Principles of Personal LeadershipWhat You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University; or 3-5 years of electrical distribution experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.Location: This role will be required to be in person at the Fresno location 3 days per week, and 2 days at the Turlock location.Salary Range: This exempt position pays between $83,800.00 – $125,000.00. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
