Northridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing, resident-focused care team. Whether you're a new grad or experienced, we invite you to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment known for its advanced ventilator and respiratory care services.

Incentives & Compensation:

Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate- Max up to $44)

Vent and Trach training- Additional pay if certified/ after becoming certified and working on Vent Trach Unit
Shift Diff for PM/NOC
Weekend Diff for AM/PM/NOC
Flexible scheduling options

8-hour or 16-hour shifts?
7 days on / 7 days off?
The possibilities are endless!

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Support resident care plans and clinical documentation
Lead and guide CNA staff
Promote resident safety and comfort
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

Active LPN License in Wisconsin
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for caring for the aging population
New graduates strongly encouraged to apply!
