Psychologist Hybrid Work • 350 Raleigh St., Holly Springs, NC Education Master's degree (Required) Full Job Description Raleigh Psychology is a thriving private practice with four (soon to be five!) locations, centrally located near NC State University, Duke University, UNC, Research Triangle Park, and growing family communities. We provide in-person and teletherapy counseling, psychiatric care, and psychological assessment services for children, adolescents, and adults. We are hiring to meet the demands of the community, as we receive referrals from local elementary, middle and high schools, universities, psychiatrists, and other therapists. We are growing rapidly and desire to meet our clients’ needs in a timely manner. We are seeking a psychologist to join our practice to provide psychological testing and assessment services (therapy, if desired). Our group private practice provides administrative support, a professional clinical environment, and benefits from strong referral bases, which have been developed through earning the trust and respect of our community. Qualifications NC Licensure (provisional is acceptable) Ability to implement the provided Electronic Health Records system, which includes a confidential patient portal Compensation $105,000 - $175,000 a year Part-time, Full-time, Internship Ability to make one’s own schedule, with access to office space as desired Weekend hours available Strong referral base 1099 model; generous fee split offered, with bonus incentives offered for performing additional responsibilities Professional development opportunities offered Unlimited earning potential If relocating from out of the area, a relocation, signing bonus is offered Why Raleigh Psychology? In network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna (primary insurers in North Carolina; competitive contracts in place with excellent reimbursement) Full credentialing / Billing support. Ability to begin seeing clients within 2 weeks, given existing group contract and streamlined process. Excellent team culture and clinical support; weekly psychological testing team meetings; regular group supervision and play therapy supervision. Guest speakers attend monthly meets on a regular basis to further integrate into the community and learn about new treatment modalities and referral options. Group outings for service projects to several local school/therapeutic centers and team dinners and events on a regular basis (all optional; recently, attended a Durham Bulls game with Raleigh Psychology providers and our families!)
