Minimum Qualifications:

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including the lobby and parking lot areas
