Epic Travel Staffing is hiring an Interim - Nurse Supervisor - ER
Shift: Non-exempt, Mid, 10a-6p, Mon-Fri, 8x5, 40 hrs per week (1 weekend shift required per month)
Duration: 14 weeks
Requirements:
- NY RN License
- 7 years of experience required, 5 of which in a supervisory role
- 2 years of ED experience required
- Associate DON
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program required; Master's degree in Nursing preferred
Other Details:
- Managerial skills required
- Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance
- Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers, communicate and assist with corrective action
- Develop record keeping system to record medication errors/counseling
