What you'll need to succeed as a Golf Service Associate A positive attitude – because being a grump is no fun. One‑team mentality. Player focus – obsess over making our Players’ experience the absolute best it can be. Ability to thrive in a popular environment – keep calm when things get busy. Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment – a plus, not a must. What you will do in the role Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have all the information they need. Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions to help players maximize their visit. Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear. Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, including tidying the retail area and offering guidance. Commit to safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests. Physical Requirements Lifting and moving items up to 50lb., including carrying golf bags with clubs across multiple floor levels. Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying. Expect to be on your feet for most of the day; love walking throughout the shift. Always engaged in a variety of physical activities. Endurance to maintain pace in a high‑volume working environment.
