Team Member Benefits: Employee meal provided during each shift Scholarship opportunities Paid training Leadership development opportunities Opportunities for continued education and career growth A positive, team-focused work environment A Day in the Life of a Chick-fil-A Kitchen Shift Leader As a Back of House Shift Leader, you may: Lead and support Back of House team members during daily operations Ensure food is prepared, cooked, assembled, and presented safely and efficiently Coach team members on proper cooking and food preparation procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen Run team member breaks and help maintain effective shift coverage Lead restaurant opening and closing procedures Communicate clearly with team members and Directors Work closely with Front of House leaders to create an excellent guest experience Help create a positive environment where team members feel supported and valued Lead by example through Chick-fil-A's standards of hospitality, teamwork, and service What We’re Looking For We're looking for leaders who: Are at least 18 years old at the time of hire Enjoy leading, coaching, and developing others Communicate well and work positively with a team Are dependable and take ownership of their responsibilities Take pride in doing their best Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment Are comfortable leading a team during busy restaurant operations Have reliable transportation Are eligible to work in the United States Have previous restaurant or Chick-fil-A experience preferred Why Chick-fil-A?
