If you're a problem solver with a passion for civil engineering and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you.Location: Based in Emporia KS with occasional travelRole Highlights:Manage multiple projects and interact with production staff, clients, and review agencies.Develop and QAQC Plans for site development and public improvement projects.Coordinate and complete daily workflow on assigned projects, including project studies, reports, calculations, and other similar design-related assignments.Be involved in Civil Design, Utility Coordination, Permit Acquisition, and Client Invoicing.Collaborate with the KVE team, clients, and project stakeholders, including architects and engineers outside the firm.Play an integral role in maintaining client satisfaction and developing our client baseServe as a mentor and provide guidance to less experienced staff.Qualifications:BS in Engineering from an accredited programKansas P.E. license (ability to obtain license within 60 days)Consulting experience is preferred.Expertise in residential and commercial site development, and transportation is a strong plus.Experience in municipal engineering policy and procedures is a plus.Experience managing and navigating the completion of projectsHow to Apply: Interested candidates can apply on our website, is a full-time, salaried position.KVE conducts pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings and driving history checks.KVE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
