Landscape Detail & Quality Technician

ABOUT THE POSITION
Magnolia Green is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented technician to help keep our clients' landscapes healthy, clean, and attractive.
This is a hands-on position for someone with landscape or gardening experience who notices the small details and takes pride in completing quality work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prune shrubs, ornamental plants, and small trees
- Identify and help treat common plant pests and diseases
- Remove weeds from landscape beds
- Perform detailed cleanup and landscape-care work
- Inspect properties for quality issues and needed improvements
- Report plant-health, irrigation, and maintenance concerns
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Document completed work using smartphone apps, Excel, and Word
- Follow and help reinforce company safety and quality standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience maintaining landscapes, flower gardens, or vegetable gardens
- Knowledge of proper pruning and general plant care
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, trustworthy, courteous, and professional
- Able to work independently and manage assigned properties
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and basic computer programs
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Able to work well with clients, supervisors, and team members

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to drive trucks up to one ton
- Ability to safely pull and maneuver trailers
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical landscape work
- Follow all company policies and safety requirements
- Properly use and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
