Execute daily tasks with precision to support strict project timelines and high-quality standards. Required Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to build a career in the electrical trade. Proven reliability and a hardworking, trustworthy approach to field operations. Ability to perform physical labor and navigate commercial construction environments. Effective communication skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team structure. Preferred Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Approximately 2-3 years of related work experience in a construction, commercial electrical, or technical field. Basic foundational knowledge of electrical components and commercial systems.
