Education: Candidates must be currently enrolled in an ACEN or CCNE accredited Registered Nurse program and have completed at least one full year of clinical nursing experience.

Certifications: A current BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider is required within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation.

Experience & Skills: Basic computer proficiency, effective communication skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and a willingness to accept feedback and instruction are essential. The role requires physical stamina, including occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs and standing or walking for 51-75% of the workday.

The facility serves a broad regional community in the Central Plains area of the United States, providing a variety of healthcare services including home medical equipment, mental health support, hospice and home care, and sleep diagnostics.
