Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team. This role involves providing quality in‑home support to clients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Personal care — Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
• Household tasks — Light cleaning, meal prep, laundry
• Companionship — Provide social interaction and emotional support
• Medication reminders — Ensure clients stay on schedule
• Transportation — Assist with appointments and errands

Requirements:

• Experience preferred — Prior caregiving or CNA experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Background check
• Strong communication
