Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.68 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology‑focused location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, delivery zones, and/or sensitive workspaces. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observed activity and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions and report security‑related concerns. Support badge administration, visitor registration, and/or employee screening processes while maintaining professional interactions with staff, guests, and vendors. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
