Base pay range $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Job Title Events Coordinator Employment Details Contract to Hire $30 - $35/hour Job Description Are you a detail-driven powerhouse with a passion for creating unforgettable events? Option 1 Staffing is recruiting for an Events Coordinator to lead high-impact events from concept to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing reimbursements, and supporting the events team with decision-making and communication. Responsibilities: Manage logistics for event coordination and educational activities Process financial reimbursements Contribute to the events team and support decision-making Respond to inquiries Schedule, organize, and operate conferences, seminars, and events, including vendor management and logistics coordination Draft routine communications Serve as a point of contact Guide and train students or contingent workers as needed Qualifications: Minimum 1-year experience in Event Planning/Coordinating Minimum 1-year administrative experience Experience with reimbursements is required Bachelor’s degree preferred Proficiency in Office 365 Problem-solving, initiative, and decision-making skills Positive attitude Additional Information Apply now for immediate consideration!
