Manager's Duties: Develop and implement studio policies and procedures with the Owner's approval. Manage the studio staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure the studio is adequately equipped and maintained for daily operations. Oversee the studio's financial management, including budgeting and bookkeeping. Coordinate studio bookings, handle client inquiries, and manage client contracts. Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote studio services.
