This is a strategic, long-term opportunity supporting client's enterprise PLM-ERP integration initiatives. The client is actively expanding its Teamcenter for Enterprise Applications (T4EA) footprint across multiple business units and is experiencing a critical need for skilled integration resources. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of large-scale digital transformation programs involving Teamcenter and SAP.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced T4EA Integration Consultant to join our team in support of Siemens' enterprise integration programs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and configuring Teamcenter Gateway for Enterprise Applications (T4EA) in complex multi-system environments, with deep familiarity in PLM-ERP data synchronization, particularly with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and implement T4EA integration solutions connecting Teamcenter PLM with SAP and other enterprise systems (MES, CRM, Oracle EBS)
• Define and configure data mapping rules, adapter settings, and business process workflows within the T4EA framework
• Implement bidirectional data transfers for key business objects: Material Masters, Bills of Materials (eBOM/mBOM), Change Orders, Documents, and Plant Structures
• Work with the Semantic Integration Framework to design reusable, system-flexible connector steps and pre-defined business objects
• Collaborate with Teamcenter and SAP functional teams to align data models, process flows, and integration trigger strategies
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of integration failures and data sync issues
• Support configuration of T4EA workflow triggers, background batch synchronization, and interactive data views
• Develop and maintain integration design documentation, mapping specifications, and test plans
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and milestone reviews with Siemens stakeholders
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to client integration teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall Teamcenter experience , with a minimum of 2 3 years of direct T4EA implementation experience
• Demonstrated experience configuring T4EA adapters for SAP integration (SAP ECC or S/4HANA), including:
  • Material Master synchronization (MM types: ROH, HALB, FERT, etc.)
  • BOM transfers (engineering BOM, manufacturing BOM)
  • Change management integration (ECO/ECR lifecycle)
  • Document management synchronization
• Proficiency with Teamcenter BMIDE for data model customization and object type configuration
• Experience with T4EA's Semantic Integration Framework and reusable connector design
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter workflow designer, ITK (Integration Toolkit), and SOA-based development
• Knowledge of SAP integration patterns: BAPIs, IDocs, SAP RFC/SOAP interfaces
• Ability to read and write XML configuration files and mapping definitions used in T4EA
• Experience with multi-site or multi-tenant Teamcenter environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience on client's engagements or in client's partner ecosystem
• Experience with T4S (Teamcenter for SAP) in addition to T4EA - particularly T4S4 (S/4HANA variant)
• Familiarity with SAP PLM modules (cProjects, DMS, PP-PI)
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with non-SAP enterprise systems via T4EA (Oracle EBS, MES platforms)
• Knowledge of Active Workspace Client (AWC) and integration touchpoints
• Experience with SAP Integrated Product Development (iPD) or the SAP joint integration roadmap
• Siemens certification in Teamcenter or T4EA/T4S is a strong plus
• Background in manufacturing industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Hi-Tech
