This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).Role Overview Part-time (1-2 days per week) within Monday - Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes Maryville, MO Compensation and Benefits Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $27,148-$32,578 annually with no cap on productivity income Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted Missouri state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C Active DEA or willingness to obtain 1-year experience as a PMHNP or Psych PA Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
