Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and experience include: 1 year of experience in operating room nursing, current nursing licensure, and relevant certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support). Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) are preferred. Additional Information: The Operating Room RN will assume responsibility for patient assessment, planning, and direct clinical care on a shift basis. The role includes supervising staff and assisting the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to maintain high standards of clinical practice and resource management.
