Location : Burlington

Shift : 1st Shift 7a-3p

Pay: $15.00

Position Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of production and manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. The Production Employee will work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured, inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to company specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform assembly, processing, and general production duties according to work instructions.
• Load and unload materials and products from production equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and proper specifications.
• Measure and verify products as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment or the next stage of production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions, quality issues, or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Meet established production goals and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Work effectively with team members and assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
