responsibilities:

• Plan and execute equipment qualification and process validation activities for bead and resin manufacturing capacity expansion.
• Develop validation protocols, experimental plans, and comprehensive technical reports in compliance with quality standards.
• Perform hands-on laboratory and manufacturing-floor activities to support process characterization and optimization.
• Collect, organize, and analyze complex manufacturing data using statistical methods.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.
• Assist in seamlessly transitioning validated processes and processing equipment into routine production.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, process development, or validation environment.
• Proven ability to plan and execute technical experiments independently with strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work onsite in a hands-on manufacturing environment wearing required PPE.

Preferred:

• Experience with equipment qualification, process validation, or ISO/GMP regulated manufacturing systems.
• Background in bioprocessing, chromatography, or bead and resin manufacturing.
• Proficiency with statistical software (Minitab, JMP, or Design Expert).
