Professional Class A CDL Drivers Wanted
We are seeking professional, experienced Class A CDL Drivers for OTR lanes across the Lower 48 states (No NYC routes). This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering high miles, modern equipment, and excellent flexibility with no forced dispatch. Drive the miles you want and manage your own schedule with a driver-focused team.
What We Offer:
- High Volume Miles: Consistent average of 3,200+ miles per week
- Premium Pay: See chart above
- Freight Profile: 100% No-Touch Freight | 70% Drop & Hook
- Dispatch Flexibility: True No Forced Dispatch—you choose your loads
- Accessorial Pay:
- Layover Pay: $150
- Detention Pay: $25/hour (after 2 hours at the dock)
Modern, Reliable Equipment:
Run comfortably and safely in exceptionally well-maintained, late-model trucks governed at 72 mph:
- 2024–2027 Volvo (760 and 860 models)
- 2024–2027 Freightliner Cascadia
Flexible Home Time Options:
- Out 2 weeks / Home 2 days
- Out 3 weeks / Home 4 days
- Out 4 weeks / Home 5 days
Job Requirements:
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years.
- Route Readiness: Must be prepared and willing to run all 48 states (excluding New York City).
- Tax Classification: Understanding and acceptance of 1099 independent contractor tax status
