About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Residential Services to join its senior executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the organization's housing and residential programs, ensuring they align with the company's mission, values, and regulatory requirements. This role involves providing leadership in the development and expansion of services to meet community needs, as well as promoting operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, and a culture of continuous improvement. The Chief of Residential Services will also be involved in program innovation, quality improvement, and will directly supervise program directors to ensure the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented services that promote stability and community integration. Applicants for the Chief of Residential Services position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in human services, mental health, housing, or a related area. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing 24/7 residential and/or housing programs, experience in compliance and program development with state and local agencies, and a strong background in financial management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care. Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance service delivery is also a key competency for this position.
