Our premium Dry Van division is expanding, and we are looking for experienced CDL-A Company Drivers to manage high-volume, nationwide freight corridors.

Experience-Based CPM (Paid on Practical Miles):

• 30+ Months of Verifiable Experience: $0.67 CPM
• 9 to 29 Months of Verifiable Experience: $0.65 CPM
• No-Wait Detention: Financial protection on the dock—detention pay activates automatically after just 1 hour of waiting.
• Pay Frequency: Reliable, weekly direct deposits.

Safety Incentives & Sign-On Cash:

• Quarterly Safety Bonus: Earn an extra $600.00 cash payout every 90 days for clean, compliant driving.
• Sign-On Payouts: Up to $1,475.00 for drivers maintaining an excellent safety background, plus an extra $600.00 after completing your first 30 days.

Consistent Scheduling & No-Touch Freight:

Qualifications & Hiring Criteria:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 9 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• MVR Standards: Maximum of 3 moving violations over the previous 3 years.
• Safety Background: Zero preventable DOT-recordable accidents within the last 3 years; no DWI convictions in the last 7 years.
• Compliance: Fully clean drug/alcohol clearinghouse record (no failures or refusals). Must successfully clear a standard DOT physical, drug test, and Human Performance Evaluation (HPE).
