Speech Pathologist

Overview Encompass Health is recruiting a Speech Pathologist to provide speech and language rehabilitation to patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current state licensure or certification required. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire. Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with field experience acceptable.
