Job Title: CNC Machinist and Programmer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to perform intermediate to complex machining and CNC programming tasks in support of high-quality prototype and production parts. This role is ideal for a machinist who has mastered the fundamentals and is ready to take on more complex setups, programming, and problem-solving with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate to complex CNC machining and programming tasks.
• Set up machines and program parts using CNC lathe and Mastercam.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for machining tasks.
• Utilize manual machining skills when necessary.
• Solve problems and troubleshoot issues independently.

• Proficiency in CNC programming and CNC lathe operations.
• Experience with Mastercam and SolidWorks.
• Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.
• Strong manual machining capabilities.

• Experience in 2D and 3D programming.
• Familiarity with Surfcam or Mastercam.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

Our shop offers a clean and organized environment with flexible start times available for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The facility is temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable work environment for all employees.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonie, WI.

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $68640.00/yr.
