Lithographic / Offset Press Operator
Press Duties
- Operate a 28" Komori 6-Color Press with AQ Coater .
- Operate lithographic and offset printing presses.
- Hang plates and prepare press for production runs.
- Set and maintain proper color balance.
- Obtain and maintain accurate register alignment.
- Set up press for customer approvals and run jobs in the 1st Man position.
- Monitor print quality and ensure jobs meet customer specifications.
- Perform routine press adjustments and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a 28" Komori 6-Color Press with AQ Coater preferred.
- Experience working on lithographic and offset printing press machines.
- Knowledge of press setup, plate hanging, color setting, registration, and coating applications.
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
- Ability to climb steps throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow job specifications.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 30–40 hours per week (some days may be slower than others)
