Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care
• Manage fractures and traumatic injuries
• Treat sports-related injuries and degenerative joint conditions
• Perform arthroscopic and elective orthopedic procedures
• Participate in shared evening and weekend call coverage
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a surgeon with expertise in:

• General Orthopedic Surgery
• Fracture Management
• Sports Injuries
• Arthroscopy
• Elective Orthopedic Procedures
• Joint Disorders

Open to graduating residents, fellows, and experienced orthopedic surgeons.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Iowa and Illinois licenses (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and surgical expertise
• Commitment to outstanding patient outcomes
• Clean malpractice and license history

• $739,410 guaranteed compensation for the first two years
• Production incentives beginning at 10,650 wRVUs
