Exciting Travel RN Opportunity in Progressive Care Unit Job Description: - Unit Information: - Number of Beds: 345 – 3-time Magnet Designation - Staff: Float pool of approximately 80 - Patient Ratios: 1:5 (days and nights vary between units) - Equipment: Various types - EMR: Meditech - Position Highlights: - Work in a dynamic Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a large cardiac population. - Floating opportunities to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units. - Collaborate with a compassionate and supportive team. - Requirements: - Must Have: - Minimum 1-year current acute care PCU experience - BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications - Preferred: - Prior Meditech experience - Chemo Certification (opportunity to schedule on our Oncology unit) - Ideal Candidate: - Flexible and willing to float - A true team player with a compassionate approach - Eager to learn and provide care for patients with both acute and chronic medical issues - Unit Guidelines/Policies: - Collaborate closely with a caring team focused on delivering the best patient outcomes.
