Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Hollow Bay Wellness, you will take on various responsibilities that are fundamental to your clients' healing processes, including:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored specifically to meet the diverse needs of your caseload.

• Conducting thorough assessments that consider each client's strengths and challenges to develop individualized, strength-based treatment plans.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all client interactions and outcomes are logged accurately and ethically.

• Working collaboratively with a team of psychiatrists and other clinicians, facilitating case consultations that promote holistic treatment approaches.

• Participating in weekly team meetings, providing insights into client progress, and engaging in ongoing training to enhance your clinical knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, from children to adults, many of whom may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your ability to connect with clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds and those from marginalized communities is essential. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
