Quality Assurance Inspector

Falcon Structures is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector with a passion for excellence. The Quality Assurance Inspector verifies projects are completed per company and customer specifications with the highest quality and attention to detail. The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for inspecting the boxes at different phases in their development to ensure consistent standards are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40-$50k annually

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Verifies in-process and final visual inspections in accordance with specified documents and standards.
• Documents results and maintains records of inspections.
• Reports defects to appropriate individuals.
• Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals or groups to ensure success in daily quality operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Able to follow through on commitments.
• Attention to detail.
• Communication - able to listen effectively, interpret, and transmit information accurately.
• Knowledge of construction including electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Good time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Physical Requirements:

• Sight in order to inspect work and to be aware of hazards and dangers.
• Hearing and speaking to exchange information.
• Must be able to read and write English in order to review project plans.
• Dexterity of hands to perform tasks required of position.
• Must be able to traverse the production facility.
