Laundry Associate

Location 65 Retreat Ave - HH E&L Bld (10060) Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Alternating weekends and holidays Responsibilities Focuses on group tasks, such as sorting, washing, delivering, and packing. May perform the work of the Laundry Production Assistant and has knowledge of all work stations and tasks. Work is completed to meet production and quality standards in the laundry and to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers in a safe and efficient manner. Reports to Laundry Supervisor. Qualifications High School graduate preferred. Ability to read, write and speak English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Highly motivated. Perform routine task in the soil sort area, packing and folding. Packing linen carts, delivery linen carts, driving laundry truck, perform laundry housekeeping tasks, sorting soiled linen and folding clean linen, utilizing laundry equipment to meet production standard.
