We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Tuesday‑Saturday. 8‑hour shifts Tuesday‑Friday, 7am‑7pm Monday‑Friday and 8:30am‑4:30pm Saturday. This is a regional position and travel is required to cover our Cary, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Greensboro, and Winston‑Salem centers, as needed. Why Greenbrook? Your Role Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort. Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. Extensive Regional Travel: This position primarily covers Cary but requires travel to any of our centers in North Carolina on short notice; reliable transportation is required. What We’re Looking For Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience. Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Required Travel & Logistics: Ability to travel to all centers throughout the region; reliable personal transportation is mandatory. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
