**Join Our NICU Team as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to newborns and their families? - Join our dynamic NICU team as a Registered Nurse (Full-Time, 0.9 FTE, Variable Shift) and make a significant impact on the lives of our tiniest patients! **Minimum Qualifications:** - Current Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse - American Heart Association BLS Certification - Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider Certification - STABLE Certification - One year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care nursing experience **Essential Job Functions:** - Collect comprehensive data relevant to patient health - Analyze assessment data for accurate diagnosis - Identify expected outcomes tailored to individual patient needs - Develop and implement an effective plan of care - Promote health and ensure a safe environment - Continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice - Stay current with nursing practices through ongoing education - Evaluate personal nursing practice against professional standards - Contribute to the professional development of peers - Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Uphold ethical standards in all aspects of care - Integrate research findings into everyday practice - Provide leadership within the nursing practice setting **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** - Demonstrate sound judgment and maintain professionalism under pressure - Thrive in a busy and challenging environment - Exhibit creativity in problem-solving and decision-making - Adapt to varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends - Exercise tact, discretion, and confidentiality - Exhibit strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills **Stroke Competency:** - Comply with all hospital policies regarding stroke care - Participate in required cerebrovascular disease education upon hire and annually **Shift Information:** - Varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends - Holiday coverage required **Minimum Years of Experience:** - 1 year of relevant nursing experience **Certifications/Requirements:** - BLS/BCLS - NRP - STABLE **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
