The Role: Psychiatrist Advisory Board Member Location: Remote Engagement: Part‑Time Advisory Board Member Compensation: Access to purchase early‑stage startup equity; sweat equity We are currently looking for therapists and counselors to join our advisory board to provide input on the launch of our new venture. Board advisors typically contribute 1‑2 hours per month and are compensated with early access to equity. Responsibilities Advise on clinical services, patient outcome tracking, and translating behavioral health into meaningful and measurable goals. Design metrics and identify physical, behavioral, and self‑reported ways of tracking and representing progress on behavioral health conditions. Collaborate on a team‑based care model for managing and improving mental health. Engage and share ways to co‑design care plans with patients based on their individual needs. Provide expertise on behavioral health assessments, matching care needs to care team members and resources, and intake forms to ensure easy access to high‑quality care. Suggest improvements or changes to our healthcare services delivery model and expansion plans. Collaborate via Zoom meetings and online discussion forum with other advisory board members. Qualifications Must be a licensed and board‑certified psychologist or psychiatrist. Telemedicine experience preferred, but not required. Experience working with innovation teams and non‑clinical leaders strongly preferred. Why Join Us?
