As Wintek Business Solutions’ System Administrator, you will be responsible for the reliable operation, technical support & proactive managing of customers’ systems. This includes security compliance, user support & troubleshooting, system maintenance & automation, cloud & virtualization activities, and documentation & reporting. Duties that intrigue you include: Ensuring the optimal operation & proactive management of customers’ systems Installing, configuring & maintaining hardware & software systems Implementing & monitoring security measures (firewalls, antivirus, hardening) Conducting regular security audits & vulnerability assessments Maintaining data protection / industry compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 270001) Providing Tier 2 / 3 support for system-related incidents & service requests Addressing & resolving hardware, software & network issues (onsite / remote) Performing regular updates, backups, patch management & system optimization Developing & maintaining scripts to automate tasks & improve system efficiency Supporting migration & integration projects Creating detailed documentation of configurations, procedures & service logs Delivering regular status reports & recommending system improvements You’ll join a company where all employees live by corporate values of innovation, public-service heart, passion, respect & making an impact.
