The Role We are looking for passionate, dynamic, and fashion-conscious Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our store team. As the face of Cole Buxton, you will deliver an elevated customer experience, act as a brand ambassador, and maintain the aesthetic standards of the retail environment. This role requires someone who lives and breathes menswear, appreciates garment construction and luxury craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-facing role. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Engagement Welcome and engage every customer with warm, professional, and knowledgeable service. Provide expert styling advice, guiding clients through collection concepts, fits, and fabrication details. Build organic relationships with repeat clients to foster long-term brand loyalty. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising Maintain pristine visual standards across the floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom in line with brand guidelines. Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, returns, and inventory counts accurately. Assist with stock intake, replenishment, tagging, and organizing inventory efficiently. Brand Advocacy Stay up-to-date with new product drops, campaign launches, and brand history. Represent the Cole Buxton aesthetic through personal presentation and enthusiasm on the shop floor. Who You Are Experienced: Previous experience in premium, luxury, or high-end streetwear retail is preferred. Passionate: Deep interest in modern fashion, menswear, and Cole Buxton’s brand ethos. Communicative: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers. Proactive & Reliable: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a tight-knit team.
