What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor screening, badge verification, and other security-related policies at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, contractors, vendors, and guests, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or client representatives.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including production spaces, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, with attention to access control concerns and site rules.
• Support daily operations by maintaining accurate logs, verifying deliveries and/or pickups, and following post orders related to restricted areas, keys, credentials, and visitor management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
