Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience for a 13-week day shift contract at an acute care hospital in the greater Atlanta area.

Details

• Work in a Respiratory Care unit at an acute care hospital
• 12-hour day shifts, schedule varies with hours approximately 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• 3 shifts per week
• 13-week contract
• No on-call requirement

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory Care
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all AHA-issued and must not be expired)
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license required if applicable
• Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff who have transitioned to travel must have a 2-year break before returning to this facility as a traveler
• Any time-off (RTO) requests must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
• References are not required at the time of submission but will be needed during the compliance process
