Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $260,000 – $325,000 annually
• Bonus Potential: Additional income based on percent-of-collections

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an OB/GYN who is confident in providing comprehensive outpatient women’s healthcare. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, patient-focused, and eager to form long-term relationships with patients. Whether you're an experienced physician or in the early stages of your post-residency career, we welcome candidates who are ready to contribute meaningfully and grow with the practice.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care
• Conduct routine and preventive gynecologic examinations
• Provide contraceptive counseling and family planning services
• Manage menopause and other women’s health needs across the lifespan
• Provide outpatient prenatal and postpartum care
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of gynecologic conditions
• Perform appropriate in-office procedures
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Stay engaged with ongoing clinical education and current best practices

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Completion of a U.S.-based, ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (excluding Puerto Rico)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona
