Spring Mill Pointe is seeking a full-time Med Tech to join our team! Details: Schedule: Part Time Payrate: $19.50 -$21 depending on experience Available Shifts: 7am-7pm or 7 pm - 7 am The Med Tech is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care". Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. A day in the life may look like : Provides resident care, including administering medications and documenting each treatment Maintain communication with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and residents' families concerning resident care Promotes and protects the rights of each resident To be successful in the role, you would have: Current Med Tech certification Current CPR certification is a plus Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care What's in it for you?
