Job Description: Need Kidney transplant experience. On-Call requirements: 1x every 6-8 weekends Weeknight: 1x a week, Mon-Thurs Holiday: as operational needed Pedi OR, ambulatory OR, Peds trauma experience required. WI RN or compact RN license required BLS required - AHA only Days, 10-hr shifts, 0700-1730, Monday - Friday with weeknight, weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities.

Local Rule: 50 miles from the facility. Locals not accepted. Minimum experience: Inpatient RN travelers must have two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to. Pass/Fail Testing required with strict passing criteria. A telemetry exam will be required prior to start. The following criteria must be met in two attempts: Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure] Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the traveler fails the second attempt they will submit a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course to Vaya before a third attempt will be assigned. If the traveler does not pass after three attempts the assignment will be cancelled.
