This position supports everything from projection and LED systems to playback, switching, and camera operations. This is an ideal role for someone looking to continue growing within the live event production industry while working alongside elite-level production professionals. What You Will Own: Video System Preparation & Deployment Playback & Switching Operations Projection & LED Display Execution Camera & Signal Flow Operations Onsite Technical Troubleshooting Video Equipment Maintenance & Organization Crew Coordination & Event Support What Does an Elite Performer Look Like? Must Haves (Non-Negotiables): 2–4+ years of experience in live event video production or a similar role Experience operating professional video systems in live event environments Strong understanding of playback systems, video switching, projection, LED walls, and camera systems Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively under pressure Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Clear and professional communication across teams and stakeholders Ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the time Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required Nice to Haves (Bonus Points): Experience leading or assisting onsite video crews Experience with large-format projection systems and LED walls Familiarity with event networking and video distribution systems Certifications or formal training related to professional video systems Intermediate or higher knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint You Will Thrive Here If You Are Detail-Oriented : You take pride in clean execution and technical accuracy Calm Under Pressure : You stay composed and solution‑focused during live events Reliable : Your team knows they can count on you onsite and in preparation Team‑Oriented : You enjoy collaborating with crews, producers, and technicians Technically Curious : You enjoy learning evolving video technologies and systems Proactive : You anticipate problems before they become issues This Role is NOT for You If You dislike working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments You struggle with organization, preparation, or follow‑through You are uncomfortable troubleshooting technical issues in real time You prefer highly repetitive work with minimal variation You are unable or unwilling to travel regularly for events What Does Success Look Like Within The First 6 Months?
