Cash Applications Specialist

Uline is looking for a Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company. Location: 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085 Pay: $25 to $27 per hour Position Responsibilities Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments. Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
