This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Residential Assistant Manager Northeast Kingdom Human Services is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager to provide site leadership for a new licensed Residential Care Home in Lyndon Vermont. Are you looking to advance your career? As the Assistant Residential Manager you will gain the training and experience needed to one day meet the regulatory requirements for a manager level position. Gain valuable leadership experience assisting with the overall management and daily operations of staffed home for adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE - Responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in the overall operation of a licensed Residential Care Home including shared on-call responsibilities. May include nights, weekends, and holidays. - Responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in maintaining adequate staff to meet requirements of the program and to supervise, schedule and support staff in the exercise of their duties. - Responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in maintaining compliance with any and all applicable regulations and NKHS policies. - Responsible for prioritizing resident safety. - Responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in maintaining the facilities in a safe, clean and home-like manner - Responsible for providing for the needs of the consumers.
