Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist to join a growing commercial lines division. This role is pivotal in supporting the marketing efforts for small to middle-market commercial accounts across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance marketing, carrier negotiations, and underwriting communication. Compensation Package Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays Responsibilities Market new and renewal business to carriers Prepare and submit carrier submissions Obtain and analyze quotations from carriers Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers Negotiate pricing and coverage terms with carriers Gather and organize underwriting information Assist with renewal strategies and remarketing efforts Collaborate with producers and account managers to meet client needs Manage marketing activities using Applied Epic software Occasionally attend carrier or industry events Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Active Texas P&C License preferred Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in commercial insurance marketing, including carrier negotiations, submissions, and remarketing Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic, Microsoft Office Suite, and carrier portals Soft Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
