Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Henderson, CO
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour on W2
Job Summary
The Quality Technician will be responsible for performing quality audits of kitted carts to ensure all parts match the Bill of Materials (BOM), including correct part numbers and quantities. This role involves physically inspecting kits, identifying discrepancies, segregating incorrect items, and coordinating with the team to ensure corrections are made.
Responsibilities
Review the Bill of Materials (BOM) and verify the contents of kitted carts.
Physically inspect kits to confirm correct part numbers and quantities.
Identify, separate, and report incorrect or nonconforming items.
Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies and ensure kits meet quality requirements.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during quality audits.
Requirements
Previous experience in quality, auditing, inspection, or parts verification is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
Ability to follow BOMs and verify parts and quantities accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
