GSA Staffing is currently hiring for the bottling line at a food production facility in Sandston, VA. 1st shift is available immediately, 4am to 4pm. Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour.Job Description:Work in an environment of high allergens (soy, wheat, peanut, sesame, and mustard)Packaging of Soy Sauce and other Seasonings Inspecting, weighing, labeling and packing of various food productsAttendance and Dependability is CriticalPerform duties while standing for extended periods of timeLift 50 pounds using safe lifting practicesPerform housekeeping duties, keeping area clean at all times, utilizing down time to clean in, around, and under all equipment.Must be able to walk, stand and lift various products for the duration of the shiftBe able to verbally communicate to team leads and peersIntermediate Computer skillsBe willing to learn how to change over and operate the equipmentBe willing to learn company products and variety of labelingAble to Multi TaskFlexible to work in different Areas as required.Ensure products are inspected and quality procedures are being followed.Follow all Safety and GMP Procedures.Meet Daily Production goalsRequirements to be considered for this job:Must have a minimum of 1 Year Food/Production ExperienceAble to bend, lift, stand up to 12 hoursSteel toe or composite toe shoes are requiredMust be able to attend orientations and client walk thruWilling and able to work overtime if requiredHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust be able to pass a background check and drug screenJob Type: Full-timePay starting at $17.00 per hour.Schedule:12-hour shiftsOvertimeEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)License/Certification:Driver's License (Preferred)Work Location: In person\nCompany DescriptionWe pride ourselves on providing competitive opportunities for skilled professionals.Company DescriptionWe pride ourselves on providing competitive opportunities for skilled professionals.
