Qualification Test Engineer - EMI/EMC, DO-160

Work Model: Onsite, Monday-Friday

Employment Type: Full-time

We are hiring a Qualification Test Engineer with aerospace and avionics testing experience, including hands-on work with DO-160 standards. This role supports qualification, environmental, functional, integration, and electrical validation testing for aerospace and defense systems.

Responsibilities:

- Perform avionics and aerospace system testing per DO-160 standards

- Execute environmental, functional, and integration tests

- Analyze test results and identify failures, deviations, and compliance risks

- Support electrical system validation and verification activities

- Work on electrical load estimation, schematics, and system integration support

- Conduct fault, harmonics, and stability analysis where required

- Support equipment sizing and electrical system optimization

- Partner with engineering teams on requirements, test planning, and issue resolution

- Maintain test documentation and compliance records

- Support build, installation, and integration activities

Required Qualifications:

- Experience with DO-160 qualification testing

- EMI/EMC test experience

- Aerospace, avionics, or defense systems testing background

- Test execution and test analysis experience

- Ability to work onsite in Seattle, WA Monday-Friday

- Work authorization that does not require sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

- Electrical systems validation and verification experience

- Environmental qualification testing experience

- Experience with schematics, electrical load analysis, fault analysis, harmonics, or stability analysis

- Experience supporting integration, installation, or build activities
